As you know.. some pics of weird tube structures were photgraphed on mars. Ok well, I was analyzing it with photoshop and I discovered that something in the picture looked surprisingly similar! I've included two pictures to look at.
Ok, so explanation of what I see... As you know, if youve seen a hole made by a crab, groundhog, worm, anything , there is usually going to be a mound around the hole because when its digging it, the dirt has to go somewhere!!....got it so far? So now look at the first picture I've pointed out in photoshop. You can see dirt falling off the edge of the cliff, so this caught me by surprise and I thought it was pretty awesome that it caught it in action. So then I looked at where it was coming from and I noticed there were 2 main hills.. pretty simple right? Well what do you see at the peak of the hill? HOLES! So we have a hole with a big mound of dirt around it and its falling off the cliff meaning the mound is growing.
Then look closer at the hole on the left in the second picture... looks like a vole or something doesnt it! and look at the thing on the right! It has the same exact shape if you look closer, kindof looks like a anvil on top of the nose, or machine or whatever. So these things arent transporting water... not gas... but I think thats how they are digging so deep, by "pumping" the dirt out!
